We are guided by the idea that success is gained through the raid team’s collective and cohesive action against PvE challenges. As a small team, we focus on strong inter-personal communication and coordination to attack problems. Rather than assign blame or get frustrated, we explore ideas and create solutions while keeping the guild and team in consideration rather than our personal needs. Whether a boss takes 5 pulls or 50, we stay patient, resilient and persistent; and we keep on raiding.

Despite our limited schedule, our members frequently earn top parses and we remain competitive and hungry for very high rankings in our ladder. We play on Stormrage to challenge and push ourselves to compete with some of the best guilds in the US.

 About us:

 Adult – We are a guild of adults only. 18+ required, 21+ preferred. No exceptions.

 Mature — our guild members are adults and act like adults. We treat each other with respect, and in doing so, earn it. We gladly sacrifice for each other and for the guild, we seek out and embrace constructive criticism, and we always represent ourselves and our guild with class.

 Skilled – Our raiders are experts on their preferred class and often study many other classes. We put in significant time before raids in order to be properly prepared through discussions in game and over the guild forums. We learn fights; research and modify our gear, spec and skills; come ready with raid supplies; and ensure optimal raid composition. Every single raider is an asset to the raid.

Above and Beyond – We believe that knowing a fight helps make you skilled, but that being able to help others understand all aspects is paramount to success.  All our raiders have a level of commitment to understanding fights that makes us very efficient.  Personal responsibility as a skilled player is one thing, but we expect our raiders to go above and beyond simple understandings. This type of commitment allows us to communicate and operate on a very integrated level.  Sure, you know how to press buttons and you’ve watched a strat video – but do you truly understand it?

Schedule – We raid seriously, yet on a somewhat casual schedule, and are proud of it. Our team members are adults that have major commitments outside of raiding, including work, school, family, and friends. We take pride in our ability to maintain balance between raiding and other priorities. As a practical matter, this means that we have two regularly scheduled progression nights a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) that raiders are required to be present. In addition, we add other nights as decided by the team.

Efficient Raiding – we have some of the most efficient raids you will ever experience. Because of our limited raid schedule it is very important to us that our raiders come prepared for raids and that we use our raid time as efficiently as possible. We work through our weekly strategy and WoL parse discussions to troubleshoot problems from prior raids, prepare for future raids, and generally grow stronger as a team.
